Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before arrival:
30% of the total amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled
30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date.

15–29 days before arrival:
50% of the total amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled
15–29 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Less than 15 days / No-Show:
No refund will be provided.

After Check-in:
If a guest cancels their stay on the same day or for the following day,
the full amount as per the current tariff will be payable.

Extra Bed:
No refund will be provided for an extra-bed booking if it is cancelled individually.

Booking Changes:
Any change in the check-in/check-out dates, guest name, or room category
will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the applicable
cancellation policy.

It is mandatory for all guests to provide valid ID proof
at the time of check-in.
